Policy Agreement
1. Condition and Selection of Items
Kids In Mint will only offer for sale items that meet our standards for quality and condition. We retain the right to assess and select the items that we deem suitable for resale.
2. Brand Selection
Not all brands will be accepted for consignment. Kids In Mint will decide which brands align with our mission and target market. Items from brands not aligned with our store will not be accepted for sale.
3. Unsold Items and Donations
After evaluating your consignment items, you may choose to pick up any items we decide not to sell. If you prefer, we can donate these items on your behalf to a charitable organization of our choosing.
4. Selling Period
Any items Kids In Mint decides to sell will be kept on our sales floor for a minimum period of 3 months. After this period, unsold items may be picked up upon request.
5. Pickup Refusals
We reserve the right to refuse any items at pickup that do not meet our standards for condition, style, or brand.
6. Payments and Earnings
Consignors will be paid on a weekly basis. Payments will only be made for items that have already sold; unsold inventory will not generate payment until the item is sold.
7. Consignment Terms
All clothing and items provided to Kids In Mint are consigned, meaning ownership remains with the consignor until sold. We act as the agent for your items during the sales period.
By consigning items with Kids In Mint, you agree to abide by these policies. These terms ensure a fair and transparent process, benefiting both our consignors and our customers.
8. Payout Rates
All clothing sold on Kids In Mint will be sold at a 30% commission to go back to the original owner upon sale.
If the original owner chooses to be repaid in store credit, the payout will be increased to 40%.
